Called Nelms asking for help with an pump-out system that seemed to have faulty switch or some-such. I explained that the problem was with the pump or pump switch. Spoiler alert: Pumps these days tend to run on ELECTRICITY. They came out spent a few minutes looking things over and declared it was (low and behold) an electric pumps and they didn't work on those. "You'll have to find someone who does." Wha? They charged us $110 for a "service" call. Knowing this before hand, what kind of business would come out just to ring-up a service bill and not even attempt to fix it?
