I needed a new fridge to be examined for malfunctioning and the seller was not responding to repeated requests. Guemri owner's response was prompt and courteous, and the technician Mehdi arrived early this morning as promised. He got right to work, fixed the problem so that the fridge is now working, but advised me to return it to the store because it is a faulty product that will continue to give problems. I appreciated his efficiency, concern, and the extremely reasonable cost. In future I will always call this honest, reliable business first for my repair needs. Thank you so much. Guemri Appliance Repair was great to deal with. I filled out their form online via Google and within 5 minutes they responded. The on-site visit was $60 which is very reasonable. Mehdi was the service tech and he was excellent. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and in a few days later came back and fixed the microwave. Great service and saved me throwing away a $700 microwave into the landfill.Service: Microwave repair
