Kathy was amazing! My golden retriever had not been groomed before and I was nervous to see how he would do. She immediately put me at ease. He's older and has lipomas so he is sensitive. When I picked him up, I was in tears. He was beautifully groomed! Kathy washed him, brushed him, trimmed him, even the hair under his paws & cleaned his ears. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and I will continue to bring my sweet boy, Jack, to her. Thank you, Kathy!

You can tell Kathy and Jesse are animal lovers . I brought my nervous otter hound mutt to get his nails clipped . Kathy caringly carefully and concisely cut his nails. Her price was more than reasonable, And from what I saw (My dog was not groomed there that day but will be in the future!) they do a lovely job with haircuts. Thank you so much for your time today Kathy and Jesse!

Kathy did a great job giving my little Shih Tzu a haircut. She was fast, friendly, and so budget friendly. I really appreciated this business' ability to fit me in short notice, and she is well worth the drive from Charlottesville! I will be a returning customer!
