Something was killing my very large, irreplaceable Norway spruces. Bobby came out and was able to locate the culprit in a large flow of bleeding sap. He took it back to examine under a microscope and identified it. Then he was able to tailor a specific treatment for this particular bug. I was super impressed and highly recommend him!
Bobby stopped immediately as my neighbors and I were assessing how to bring down a toppled tree from the windstorm.
