Absolutely great service! We have a very old heating unit here at my residence and unfortunately it decided to stop working for us. James and John came out on our service call and were able to pinpoint our problem, replace damaged parts, and get our heat back in working order. They kept us well informed as they worked hard. We will certainly be contacting them again for any future heating or A/C needs!

I starting using Mayer Heating & Air Conditioning about 3 years ago when my a/c unit quit and was recomended to me by a friend. He replaced my unit quickly at what I considered a good price. Not quit a year later a part failed. He was quick to answer the phone came found the problem, ordered the part and replaced it and it was still under warranty, at no cost to me. Over a year later everything was working yesterday morning went to run some errands and came back and my a/c was not working and the temperature was climbing in my house. We talked to many companies to gather quotes about upgrading our AC and how to better cool our third floor space. Mayer by far seemed to be the most responsive and responsible in telling us up front what could be done and how the process would be. We were very impressed with them throughout the whole process. They were really nice and respectful and very competitive in their pricing. We will definitely recommend them to anyone.Services: HVAC system maintenance
