Brought my computer in with a broken screen. It turned out, more than the screen was broken. They gave me a monitor, keyboard and mouse while parts were ordered. After multiple repair attempts, my computer screen was unfixable but I could still use it as a desktop. They sold me the monitor, keyboard, mouse And a used computer at a very reasonable price.
I am very impressed with their commitment to customer service and the.final solution to my problem. Thank you Laurie and Josh.

So I have an Xbox series X a few months ago it started acting up and not reading my discs. I ended up ordering the part I needed. I called the other Salem computer repair on Main Street in Salem and they quoted me 150$ to install this one part….& it would probably be a 2 weeks until I could get it because they were backed up. I thought this price was very high considering I watched YouTube videos of it being installed and its something that takes less than an hour… I didn’t trust myself enough to try and do this, So I called here instead and asked for an estimate without hesitation the man told me 75$ bucks! Great service !! Fixed and cleaned hard drives 2 computers. Helped with additional tidbits for super fast laptops now. Bright young guy and quite capable. Great to have 'mom and pop' stores where you can get it done asap without all the hold times and weeks waiting for a callback etc
