Nice features like vacuums, glass cleaners and clothes...but I went through the wash twice. The second time because the dried coffee outside drivers side door was still there after the first wash. It was, again, still there after the second wash. So, I just rubbed it out myself with the cleaning clothes they provide for washing windows. I just think it should have come out with two washes but I didn't want to go through the hassle of asking them to take care of it again since they were so busy.

I recently had a “redo” car wash at the Salem,VA location. I’ve had issues in the past of buying a premium car wash and my car not getting clean so I called to complain. They were kind enough to allow me to come back at no charge. However on my “redo” a young man knocked off my shark fin antenna cover with a long handle wooden brush that was being used to wash my back windshield prior to my car going in the wash. After calling the corporate office for days and not getting a response I was able to speak with a local district manger. A settlement was made and I was appreciative of the his fast response. The team is very helpful, wash great, but my favorite is all the perks you get to use towels, glass cleaners, vacuums and mat cleaners that really get the job done. Promotions are running from time to time to save on car wash memberships. Highly recommend!
