Ultimate Shine Car Wash, located at E Main St & N Electric Rd in Salem, is dedicated to delivering consistent and quality service while actively giving back to the community. They utilize industry-leading technology to ensure that cars leave clean, dry, and shiny. The facility offers helpful features such as vacuums, air guns, mat cleaners, and window cleaners with microfiber cloths, providing good value for customers. The staff has been praised for their politeness and willingness to help, with employees like Sam and Raheem receiving positive feedback for their clear explanations and friendly service. Customers appreciate the convenient location and the efforts to assist with membership issues. However, some challenges remain, such as vacuums that are sometimes not working or connected, and occasional stubborn stains that require additional washes. There was a negative experience during a "redo" wash when an employee accidentally knocked off an antenna cover, raising concerns about staff training and incident response. Although management responded positively to complaints, ongoing improvements are needed to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Despite these issues, many customers continue to enjoy the service and plan to return, highlighting the importance of good customer service and community connection.
Went to ultimate shine today and had never been before. I had a great experience. PJ was absolutely amazing and walked me through everything. He was very thorough and had an amazing personality. Definitely an asset to the company. The advantages were even better. The vacuums worked amazingly, the spray got off all the dirt on my interior and left a refreshing smell. The rug cleaners just topped it off.
I recently visited Ultimate Car Wash in Salem, Virginia (Electric Road and Main Street Location) and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Eli. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but Eli truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, Eli greeted me with a friendly smile and a professional attitude. He took the time to explain the different wash packages available and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge of the services offered and his willingness to help made the entire process easy and stress-free.

I visited the Salem location today. I was impressed! I put my mat in the wrong way plus it was not the right mat for their mat washer. Derick helped me. He not only got my stuck mat out of the machine but he also took it and the other one and cleaned them himself. Thanks so much to Derick.
