I had the best pedicure at Special Nails while in Roanoke. So I returned 2 days later for a fill-in, that was also wonderful. The next time I plan to visit to Roanoke, I'll be making an appointment at Special Nail. Thank you so much.

Best nail salon! They treat everyone with kindness and respect and do a fantastic job every time. I have been going here for 4 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I was there when there was an incident and they had to call the cops on someone refusing to pay and they handled it with professionalism and care. Highly recommend this nail salon!

I was skeptical of trying them out at first since I usually went somewhere else, but since we've moved I've been coming here several times now and everytime I've been here its been a top notch experience. The ladies are very professional and do a great job. They dont skip any part and during and afterwards feels amazing. Definitely recommend Cathy and the ladies here at special nails. Thank you ladies!
