I've been coming to this optometrist for years. I always experience fast courteous service. After the routine eye exam, they provide accurate estimates on what health insurance covers and I proceed to order eyeglasses or contact lenses. Those are typically received within 10 days and they provide a courtesy call to let me know they are ready for pickup. Despite being a small store, I always feel warm and welcome. I'm always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. They work with you in a professional manner and explain all your options in laymen's terms. Thank you!

Today's visit was a great experience. Office staff very attentive. Dr Spangler was very attentive which is very important. She listened to my concerns and took the time to provide a treatment plan that seems to be working.

I hadn't had an eye exam in a little over 10 years so it felt new all over again. The people were friendly and helpful and patient but when it came time to the actual exam, that felt a little rushed. I know it's all routine for the doctor, but I like to really experience things like that and feel important. The girl that helped me with finding the right pair of glasses was very patient and friendly with me and explained everything for me. I will keep going back for future appointments.
