The store acted strange. I could not get my hair done because I could not remember. Y ew cell phone number. I was told without a number, I could not get my hair cut. I live 8 miles away and did not want to drive back and forth.

A few months ago, Danielle treated me with respect on the telephone and while she was cutting my hair. Skyler, the Manager, did NOT treat me with respect in person a few months ago. Neither did the Area Manager, Caleb, on the phone several times on 5/20/2023. Caleb verbally threatened me on the phone on 5/20/2023. When I get a haircut that is all I am looking for. I am not looking for new friends.

Awesome booking experience; so great to be able to see the wait in real time and check in! The cut was decent, but left a bit to be desired. The stylist was perhaps not as experienced with scissor-cutting men’s hair, and her shaping was a little less than perfect, particularly in the back. Also a bit annoying that a hair wash costs $10. But otherwise, a good value for the price! And my stylist was a delight to chat with.
