Randy and his crew have replaced the floor in a slide-out, replaced the roof after Helene, installed slide-out toppers, and replaced the landing legs and motor, just to name a few of the bigger projects. He even let me have my camper towed to his shop to await some work right after the storm when the manager of Grocery Outlet threatened to tow it. Then, he and his guys worked until late at night to complete the repairs because I thought I would have a new home for it on short notice. He came to pick it up to do the roof replacement and had to work for several hours to get it hooked to the truck because that is when the landing leg and motor broke. Randy was very patient although the delay set him and his team back quite a bit. He also came out the morning after Thanksgiving to help me level it! I tend to ask a lot of questions and he has always been extremely patient with me and answered them. He's understanding when I try to "help" with something and takes the time to explain things. I fully realize I am not his only customer, but Randy and his team do a great job of fitting me into their schedule when they can and I appreciate that very much. Randy and TJ helped us get our camper moved out today to higher ground due to flooding! They are top notch and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our 5th wheel! They have helped us many times before also and always great communication and their rates can’t be beat! They know campers inside and out! Once again @BlueridgeRV did not disappoint. Robert showed up and repaired my Dometic Awning Motor that went out on our last trip! He is friendly and very knowledgeable and does fantastic work! Highly recommended for emergency repairs and general maintenance. He takes the time to explain everything and does a great job!
