I noticed water seeping up from my vinyl plank floor over the weekend and my insurance company sent TYL to the rescue. Jose arrived promptly and immediately went to work to identify the problem, take pictures, carefully demo and remove flooring, drywall and other identified wet material. He was thorough and explained in detail what he was doing. Jose was friendly and professional both times that he came to my home.
