Every time I come here the staff is working hard on doing their best for the pets and animals of this community. They are down to earth, friendly, compassionate - they are what you would want when your pet is ill or hurt. They don't over charge and they don't talk down to you.
I take my cat OC and my dog Astrid to Ladysmith Veterinary Hospital. They are always very friendly and accommodating and good with my pets. Recently, my dog had an ear infection and they were very booked up so I could not be seen in a timely manner. However, they referred me to their sister hospital Chenault Veterinary Hospital, where Astrid received Excellent care. I appreciated that very much. I know my animals are in good care with both hospitals!❤️??⬛
My visit to our new vet was beyond great. The veterinarian covered all the details to improve our 9 month old kitten’s life. They listened to our history of her problems then read over her records from previous vet and sent us home with a plan to improve her life. Within 2 days my kitten has improved more than we’ve ever seen. Thank you Ladysmith Veterinary Hospital.
