Rural Retreat Care Center is a friendly place with a relaxed environment and happy residents. The staff, including the nursing team and aides, are kind and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere. The rehabilitation department is praised as top-notch, and there are many activities available for residents. However, there are concerns about understaffing and management issues, as some family members have noticed the facility struggles to maintain adequate staff and supplies. Despite these challenges, many recommend the center for its caring staff and engaging activities.
I came here from another facility, and this has been the best facility so far. My Nurses and CNAs are wonderful they meet my needs and are wonderful to my husband as well. The staff is so accommodating and just really nice people. The activities are great we are always doing something. We are very happy here.
Wonderful place to work for me a travel aide nursing staff on days and nights are kind and not lazy they help me with our residences the other aides are nice no weird vibes when you come into work or they come in to relieve me
Funny how I been visiting my mother here for over a year now & haven’t been asked for a review but tonight my granddaughter tapped on the five star rating & now you want my opinion?….Good considering how under staffed the facility continues to be. Not sure how you take all these people’s incomes & still don’t have a reasonable amount of staff or supplies for your residences. Once again there is new management which has rehired an administrator who was fired previously, I suppose he has been retrained & is new an improve now, or maybe not.
