Dominique did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was very professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. My carpets look and smell so much better. I truly appreciate his great customer service and would highly recommend him. Dawson was also friendly, respectful, and very thorough.
Cameron and Xavier were prompt, professional , efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. They explained the process, documented each vent (24)and returns (2) w cell phone photos. Also had dryer vent cleaned (wow!). They cleaned up any residual materials (dryer lint). They were careful to protect door corners and caused no damage. Overall, well worth the price. This was our first cleaning in a recently purchased home 4 year old home; the previous owners had 2 labs. The major time component is setting the system up. Overall around 4 hours. We are “clean as a whistle”.
I just want to say that Stanley steamer did an excellent job on our carpet inside a Mobile marketing trailer. The two men were friendly and they have excellent equipment. I Would recommend them for any carpet you might have! Thanks again fellas!
