Amazing service and even friendlier people. I called them about 9am and they were here at 9:30am! Got the job done in 15 minutes and was gone. The service was awesome, in and out and very reasonable. Thank you!

The customer service was great. The owner listen to what I really needed in a boot and Trying to sell me something I didn’t need. This is my three set of Red Wing work boot I have purchased from this store.

You might not be the gatekeeper but at Virginia Shoe and Lock you can find a key master. However this key master doesn’t serve gozarians but the fine people of Franklin County. While the front door might be the size of a double door fridge inside you’ll find a small kingdom run by a local family. O, and I was also surprised buy the selection of thick leather boots and belts.
