I've had a bad experience at pretty much every tint shop in the Roanoke area that everyone raves about, so I was starting to wonder if I was the issue somehow, or if I had I had unrealistic expectations. Jonathan treated me like an old friend in the best way, but he was 110% professional and took the time to do things the right way--even sacrificing a piece of film at one point because he didn't like the cut he made. I know time is money, but materials aren't free and most installers probably would have kept going to save a buck.
