After my Team Viewer session with Terry this morning, the first words out of my mouth were, "Best $50 I've EVER spent!" Get "Ur" Fix set up my new computer for me a week ago, worked beautifully, but I wasn't able to get Outlook (my email) going, so called this morning for advice. Within a minute Terry was on Team Viewer doing what he does, which is fixing things. And he was so calm and patient while I figured out my passwords, big selling point :-) Couldn't be happier with my choice.
