We used Rockbridge Inspections for the home inspection of our first home purchase. They got us scheduled right away. They are extremely thorough. They took the time to answer all our questions during and even afterwards. They provided us with a home maintenance binder filled with information that we haven’t learned yet because we have never owned a home before. They are affordable, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. Highly recommend

I can't recommend Jeannette and Randy enough! They were kind, courteous, and thoughtful throughout the entire inspection process. I was able to schedule them quickly, they showed up early, and were in constant communication with me prior to, during, and after the inspection. The inspection report was thorough and detailed offering me peace of mind knowing the quality of the home I was purchasing. Great people and a great company!

We were very happy with Rockbridge’s comprehensive inspection and radon testing. They were patient, attentive to our needs, and very thorough. Would definitely recommend to others needing home inspection services.
