Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and respectful from our phone call and all the way through his work. We hired him due to a stress-induced urinary infection that one of our cats had while we were away on vacation- resulting in a pretty intense urine stain in our living room (wall to wall carpet). Mike came out this morning to clean our carpets. We just moved in and the smell of animal urine was so strong. I came home after work and the house smelled fresh and the carpets looked (and smelled!) like new! Mike’s prices are affordable and we will use him again!
