The staff at Blue ridge cancer care is phenomenal. Everyone really shows compassion and a great concern for the well being of everyone going through this tough time in their life. The only thing I feel could improve is the billing department. I can appreciate that they try to keep that side of things as low priority not wanting the patients to be stressed with paying when they're main focus is to help them get well. Personally though, I want to pay more as I go so that the bill will not build up too terrible. Excellent first visit! Dr Merten explained my diagnosis and next steps in my treatment. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.All the staff was professional and friendly!I would highly recommend the Blue Ridge Cancer Care.

I have been very pleased with the professionalism and competency of the medical staff at Blue Ridge Cancer Care - Roanoke. They have been thoughtful, compassionate, and friendly, especially at our chemotherapy treatments. The doctors and nurses make it a positive experience for me--thank you!
