Dave At Superior dog Fencing has been most helpful. We previously used Invisible fencing and we were having a problem with our dogs collar. I had Superior dog Fencing replace our dogs collar. Best thing about it is that the batteries rechargeable on the collar. He was able through both phone calls and texting to help me adjust the correction area for my dog, I would highly recommend them.
Dave of Superior Fence is great. He's extremely helpful and responsive to our install and then a subsequent repair.
I've had both systems, this and Invisible Fence. This is the better product by far, hands down. First and foremost is the ability to manually turn off the alarm for when a line gets cut. Rechargeable collars instead of the battery powered ones, that are built much better than IF ones. Add to that, Dave's great customer service and we're wondering why we went with the other guys in the first place.
I’ve had a couple different systems over the year and none have worked nearly as well as the system Dave provides. On top of that his communication is great and he makes sure you know how to work the system. I highly recommend Dave and Superior Fence
