I only saw Sarah once when she first started her business and it's been a while. I'm writing a review because someone just asked for a recommendation for a massage therapist in the west End and I immediately thought of Sarah even though I only met her once and it was a couple years ago. I think that definitely says something. She has incredible energy and she is extremely kind and caring. She is truly a unique person with a lot of talent.

I wish I could leave Sarah a million stars! I've been working with her for over a year now, and can safely say that she is just plain amazing. She holds a safe, loving, compassionate and nonjudgmental space. I love her approach with her clients! She is flexible with her scheduling and very accommodating. Not to mention Sarah is a wealth of knowledge, I could pick her brain for hours! Sarah has contributed immensely to my journey, I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed

I was referred to Sarah by a very close friend and we instantly connected. At this point in my life, I am working to explore my spiritual side which has been the missing link in my journey. Sarah has made me feel comfortable and not judged at all. I feel completely comfortable opening up to her and I have been to many therapists! She is by far the best life coach one could ask for.
