They basically had to rebuild my crawlspace from the ground up. New vapor barrier, insulation, added a drain system and pump. Very satisfied with the end result. The staff was very professional, the project manager was helpful and made sure everything was on point. Good job!
We hired Kefficient to encapsulate our cellar and treat the space for mold. Their crews were awesome. professional and courteous. Too many good people to name, so they all get the 5 Stars from us. They say you get what you pay for....that isn't true with them. We got a lot more. We had another problem that was affecting our families health, they came back out, and came up with a game plan to solve the issue. once again their Crews were professional! I highly recommend this company . They are honest and do an outstanding job. They explain each area of work step by step. I f there is ever a problem their turnaround time is excellent to get back to your home. They found a major problem at our home that wasn't a part of their service but knew exactly what we needed done on a 62 year old home.
