Appliance Plus Inc of SW Va

I’m 74 years old and had hip replacement surgery last Friday. The linens and towels can only be used once and then use new linens due to infection. This means more laundry. Of course my dryer stopped working and needed repair. I called Appliance Plus and was told they can make a house call in a couple of days. A gentleman by the name of Curtis came today, detected the problem, fixed the issue but suggested we get a new part to replace the part that had to be fixed. Had been waiting 6 months on another repair guy to fix my double oven. So I decided to call Hobert Mcglothin with appliance plus and he answered the first time I called and within 2 days he came and checked it gave me part numbers to get parts and within 2 days when they came in he was here doing the repairs. My oven that had been down for 6 months was repaired within a week from time I called him. Don’t know what the problem is with these bad reviewers because I am very pleased with service I received with him and will be using him in the future.
