Had been waiting 6 months on another repair guy to fix my double oven. So I decided to call Hobert Mcglothin with appliance plus and he answered the first time I called and within 2 days he came and checked it gave me part numbers to get parts and within 2 days when they came in he was here doing the repairs. My oven that had been down for 6 months was repaired within a week from time I called him. Don’t know what the problem is with these bad reviewers because I am very pleased with service I received with him and will be using him in the future.
