As a homeowner who has purchased numerous homes and dealt with many inspectors, Chuck is among the best I've dealt with. Very thorough, super-friendly, patient and knowledgeable in answering questions. He offered to verbally walk me through all of his findings on-site, entertained unrelated questions about renovations and then delivered the report same-day. That's great service.
