Fabulous, fast and great service. Nice people. They answer the phone - they come on time, they know how to handle the problem (yellow jackets in our case) and they have fair prices.
I would definitely recommend Jesse James Critter Gitters. We received a thoughtful, professional assessment followed by timely and thorough work. Tyler was professional and informative to work with, and he and Brian provided great service. We had vents (as high as four stories up) appropriately cleared and screened to prevent birds, and wasps/hornets killed and removed and preventative measures incorporated along our terrace.
Called Jesse James Critter Gitters after noticing something digging in a garden bed right next to my HVAC unit. We assumed we had rats burrowing and were bracing for the worst. Tyler came out, did a thorough inspection, and discovered it wasn't rats, just a larger animal digging around for food, with no real threat to the property.
He was courteous, respectful, and clearly knew what he was looking at. Straightforward, honest assessment.
Will definitely be using them again for any future pest needs. Highly recommend.
