I got a pedicure done by Tracy, she pays close attention to detail. She isn’t satisfied until you are satisfied. She is very professional and has amazing customer service skills. Great fed back from the local area. Highly recommended.

$600 for 4 people to do nails and toes. Could have went to Sandston and got the same service for half the price. Also we asked 2 times before it was time to pay what the price was and told they didn’t know. Had we known we would have went somewhere else. Nails were fine but designs could have been better for the price charged. Everyone was nice so I would go back for the customer service but the price was ridiculous

Second time visit at NKN with my 11-year old daughter & both times we were walk-ins. The first time we did have to wait awhile but completely understood as it was a very busy Sunday afternoon with all seats filled and all techs working hard.This most recent time was Monday 1/2 & we didn't have to wait at all. There were not many people working staff wise but everyone was focused and assisting customers as quickly & professionally as possible. Michelle gave me an excellent pedicure with warm conversation included. She even told me how to work the massage chair to get the most relaxation out of my visit.
