I always leave Catilins classes in a better mood and feeling like I got a good workout in. She is great at keeping classes fun and correcting my posture and form as we go. I am a huge fan of Pilates and highly recommend booking classes with Caitlin!
This is by far the best gym in Leesburg. The friendly staff always greet you when you arrive. I started going to the Medical Gym for physical therapy. Now it's my gym of choice.
