Ross and his team are very professional. We had a house expansion done with 2 rooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. Throughout every aspect of the expansion, Ross was totally involved. Absolutely the best contractor that I have worked with. Very easy to get along with and he even had suggestions as to how the layout of the expansion would work better than our original idea. I had a flooded crawl space on a Friday afternoon due to a sump pump failure. And to make it worse, rain was expected all weekend. Yes, I was panicking just a bit! Although it was very short notice, PHS sent Patrick over that afternoon. Patrick replaced the sump pump in a very short period of time. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am very impressed with the service provided by PHS and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
