I was searching for a salon to get my hair cut. A young lady Alexis otherwise known as Lex took my appointment. I needed a haircut bad. I was tired of using chain hair places. I made the appointment and Lex Was there to do my shampoo haircut and style. I am very pleased and love my new look. I have made a follow up for color and trim in a week. I will recommend Bella Vita to all of my friends and family!! Thanks again Lex!!! ?
Shout out to the most amazing hair stylist Lex, who brings both mastery and joy! She took the time to understand the desires of two little girls and created a look that went above and their expectations. Her talent and kindness are truly a blessing! The girls are thrilled with their new looks. And are excited for next week .. when we had COOOOLLLOOOORRR! Thanks for everything again! Always saving the day! ?
Le Shaun has been my hairdresser since I moved here in 2022. We recently had a misstep where my color came out wrong. I want everyone to know that all I had to do was communicate that it didn't come out the way I expected and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I have never seen any other hairdresser go to the lengths she went to please her customer. Anyone can have a bad day but when you communicate it respectfully that's when you can be sure it will be made right. I had gone through over 2 years of great experience with Le Shaun but it took this happening to know the professional I had engaged as my hairdresser.
