The worst communication between trades, buyer's agent, and buyer. They push you off on their designer and agent. The designer who puts you on the back burner due to giving her own personal clients most of her attention, was my only saving grace to make it through the building process with Timbercreek. They disrepect your time over and over again.The owners Randy and Shawn won't call you back, and their VM is always full - RED FLAG! They use their agent David Cooke as their minion to do all their disrespectful bidding. They never get back with someone in a timely manor. Very disrespectful of people’s time. Won’t respond to our agent like they should Their agent won’t respond as well. Been a disappointment since the contract was signed. Our experience is that they have no communication skills and act like they don’t care
Lee has been amazing with the process of our home remodels. We moved here last year from Utah and bought a home that needed a little work. I heard of his company through a former co worker. Lee took the time to do the job right! We are extremely pleased with the professionalism he has shown with the process. Thank you so much for the amazing job ! We appreciate it so much! We will always go to them now whenever we need contract work done.
