I've had Orice from RVA HomeSpec, LLC perform 7 inspections on various properties of mine. Need I say anything further? Sure, I will. He's fantastic, thorough, knowledgable, honest, and when he retires I probably won't be able to find another inspector quite like him.

Orice was fantastic to work with. We were lucky to not find anything major with the house, but he still took his time and patiently explained everything to us as he went through the house thoroughly. I feel really confident in the report we got and would totally work with him again.
