I used PuroClean twice when I had some water damage due to leaks; both times the work was done when promised along with professionalism. PuroClean goes above and beyond to make sure the work was done in a thorough manner. I can't thank Steve enough for his paying attention to detail, customer service, commitment to his work along with assuring my insurance company covered expenses; he made the process seamless.

Puroclean is by far the best in the business. The nonprofit community center where I volunteer hadn't been used since 2020 due to Covid & had an awful stale smell. A church contacted us & wanted to do a Special Needs Prom. I was frantic because the building needed cleaning, mold inspection, & remediation & time was of the essence since they wanted to have the prom in less than 2 weeks. I googled several places hoping someone could do it quickly...Everyone I called could not or would not accommodate my time constraints except Puroclean. A family member of mine was in a difficult financial situation, thus causing stress and emotional insecurity. Her state of mind had caused her living conditions to be unsanitary; with human and animal waste, rotten, decayed food being left in a hoarding environment. I reached out to PuroClean Restoration Professionals for help. They came out immediately to the home and assessed the situation for no charge. They very quickly worked up an estimate.
