Steve is amazing! I called and shared the issue we were dealing with. He looked at the pictures before even wasting our time to come out and told me it was a different problem. He literally talked himself out of a job. This is a company that cares and does the right thing. If I ever have any issue with mold in the future I definitely know who to call!
So far, we have only had exceptional service and follow-up from Steve and his staff. Steve has such a calming presence that we needed after a pipe burst upstairs resulting in flooding downstairs and a ceiling collapse. He arranged all of the emergency contractors who came that same day. Angel and his partner were exceptional in clean-up and drying efforts. We hope the rest of the process will also go well.
PuroClean really helped out my family when we needed it most on a tight deadline. The crew was thorough and timely as we needed a family member's home prepped and cleaned for their return from the hospital. I couldn't give them enough praise, if you are in need of some cleaning and restoration in the Richmond area, this is your team!!!
