I would have left 5 stars but as much as I recommend this practice...I would temper that with: be sure to have a back up dentist for emergencies!!! I called in an attempt to be seen for a very severe toothache & the best that could be scheduled was 3 1/2 weeks later!!! The scheduler told me someone would call me about scheduling & that never happened. So again, have another dentist lined up for emergencies or you'll be screaming at yourself, I assure you.

I highly recommend my dentist Dr Sparks at VA Family Dentistry-Powhatan. I have had a lot of dental procedures done and she is the best. She does everything to keep you from being in pain and it works. Dr. Sparks removed my old bridge and seated the new one, I never felt a thing. She also has a wonderful personality and she is very patient with you. The staff there are also great, Sharon the Office Manager came in and told me how good my new bridge looked, thanks to Dr Sparks. Sharon will step in wherever needed if it is working the front desk to assisting the dentists, she will do anything to help the patients.
