I went in around 630pm to the Powhatan location and only had to wait a few minutes to be in a chair and I was out in less than 30 mins. My stylists name was Patricia (not sure if spelt correctly) and I have to give her MAJOR props! My hair was longer than it has ever been and unfortunately was very prone to massive knots. So when asked what cut I wanted my response was “I’m tired of the knots. Where does it need to be cut in order to be healthy? My only real request is that I can still put it in a ponytail and prefer some layers.” I told her I trusted her experience and to do what she wanted with the info I gave her. Glad to see the addition of Katina at this Great Clips location! Katina is not only very professional and technically competent as a hair stylist, she understands customer service. This establishment follows the CDC pandemic guidelines to the letter. Although I'm fully vaccinated, I'm happy to see that Great Clips is looking out for its patrons and workforce. Highly recommend this place...I come all the way from Midlothian for the excellent service! (Be sure to use their app!)
