From the initial phone call, the employees of Meridian Clinical Research have been very professional and very kind. The initial visit was a little long but I didn't plan anything else for that day, so I was good - I had my book to read in between seeing the staff. Questions I had during my initial call and first visit were answered. I hope my participation in this clinical trial helps to further the research needed.
