We have used terminex for many years. Our quarterly technician knows us well and he is always professional and courteous. We recently had rodent removal and insulation replacement in our attic and there were a lot of things that I was not happy with initially. Apollo came over the very next day and addressed and helped to personally fix some things. We lost AC and he called in someone to help us fix it so we wouldnt go an entire weekend with no air. He was extremely helpful and made it easy for me to decide to remain with their services for the foreseeable future.

Had a crew out to remove and replace my attic insulation. The technicians, Steve and Rob, worked all day yesterday and removed the old insulation but when they tried to blow in the new insulation, they found that they had defective equipment. This was a large job and they ran out of time so Steve came back today with Mark and finished the job in about two hours. They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions as they worked. Kudos to these technicians. They put the company's best face forward.
