Called as has a ceiling water leak. Had a tech (Kennan) arrive within 2 hours same day I called. Had mixed thoughts about using Roto Rooter as goggle and yelp reviews were varied. Except for initial call contact misspelling my address though I spelled it for him everything else was a good experience. Though unable to locate the leak the Kennan tried everything to figure it out and we agreed that probably heavy rain coming down roof spout as minimal wet ceiling stain. Kennan was professional, took time to explain reasoning and there price was fair. I ask Roto Rooter to give a shout out to Kennan. Would use them if needed for future projects.
