This review is based upon her lack of kindness shown to my mother who has early onset dementia.My Mom used Patty to take care of her dogs for years. She seems great for dogs. However, this year, my Mom was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s and declined rapidly, now in a nursing home. She no longer understands where she is or what is happening. My Mom however loves her dogs more than life, and had called Patty a few times not understanding that she isn’t ever going home to see her dogs again. She mistakenly thought Patty was helping her dogs (a disbelief that gives her peace).Patty knows the situation and that my Mom has dementia. She was annoyed by the calls...read full review
