But, from the moment I called “Lady Locksmith,” the ball started rolling. I needed a “keypad combination lock,” put on my door with a new handle for opening and closing the door. This gentleman gave me the price and how fast he could be at my house. He told me his current location and what time he would be here. He even called me in transit to my home for updating!!!

He put in my lock rapidly and educated me every step of the way! He made sure to educate me on how to use the lock with and without the key. He warned me to never give my code to anyone and give the extra key only to my apartment manager. So, I have a key and so will the apartment manager. The old lock removed no one ever gave me my key, only the code!!!

The lock works beautifully. Makes life so simple and I found his price reasonable ( especially for a late Friday afternoon call).

I appreciate everything he did for me. He treated me with respect and he made me aware of how the other person who had put in my old lock on the door had “cheated me!”
