Had coupon sent to me via email. When it was time to pay it came up as not authorized for that location. Not quite a bait and switch, but I felt like the company is not being straight forward with customers.

The ladies here are super nice and my stylist did a great job cutting my hair. I would give them a 5 but they sold me beard products and I'm a woman, no beard lol. There were only male customers when I got there so maybe those are the products she used the most at her station and actually they work great but unfortunately they smell like a mans product so not really my thing. Would have just been nice if she had told me that before I spent over 50$ on products. Trying to think the best and hoping she didn't see someone she could scam.

I came in to get my hair trimmed and to get a shag cut and Vee did a phenomenal job. She made me feel so comfortable the entire appointment and listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut I asked for.
