What feels to be the coldest day of the year, my heat and hot water went out. I woke up to freezing cold temps in the house. Reid came out that same morning to assess the situation. The water heater had to be replaced. The next morning he was there and replaced my water heater. Reid is very friendly, easy to talk to, and a very down to earth guy. I've had multiple people come to my home from Energy Pro and they are all great people. I love doing business with them!!!!
