I emailed to inquire about why they were not reporting on my credit report a few months ago with no response. So I decided to call and I was told that they were getting a new computer software and it should be updated within the next 30 days. So I called back about 45 to 60 days later because I did not see the update on my credit report for Transunion and was told to call back in another 30 days if I don't see a resolution. One lady was helping me And she transferred me to someone named Kelly. She told me the exact same thing and she seemed a little cynical and rude. She said that she wasn't the one who helped me previously but she's telling me now what is going on....read full review

The worst. I fell behind on payment.They garish my wages for the full amount..... they got there money.. now they still sending me bills after the debt was paid....... calling lawyer and them tomorrow. This is ridiculous

I have to say .... I really appreciate jack , Melody and Tina for all their consideration during the loss of my Mom .... I was getting frustrated because I got a lil behind.... They worked with me no matter how difficult I was ..... I highly recommend Them for your financial needs
