We've been using Union Air since we move to Dinwiddie County. We started to use them with a pure stab in the dark, when our cooling stopped working. They got us a replacement coil under warranty and were very fair with us about the labor. We've subsequently had an AHU replaced by them, routine servi8ce and some other warranty work done. The team is always courteous and helpful, even when we had to wait for six weeks in the heat of summer for a warranty part to come in (not their fault, supply chain issues). So, I look forward to calling them next year for our Spring service. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Technicians were honest and reliable. Did everything they said they were going to do and it didn't break the bank. I had multiple companies come out here trying to sell me a new unit and these guys fixed it. Honest and very detailed. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

I was in serious need of HVAC pros to check out an issue I was having with my heat pump. Union Air had a fast response time. The young lady who called me back when I emailed them was very personable, polite, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The two technicians, Zach and Houston, that came on the same day I called were awesome! They explained the issue to me and showed me what was going on. My overall experience was great!
