The customer service from drop-off, to status of work being performed, to pick-up was absolutely fantastic; I never experienced this type of service. I lived in the area for over 25 years and not one bodyshop in the local area or Richmond can provide the type of customer service, body work, and paint like these folks do. Caliber Collision is Second to None!!
Awesome service received from this shop! Super friendly staff, with meticulous attention to detail! Very pleased with how my car turned out after they repaired it! Highly recommend!
Caliber collision is the place to go from the very minute. I took my car in until I got it back. They were very informative as of what was going on what they needed to order and when they would start on something, I would not recommend any other place, but I give this five stars.
