I completed 38 radiation treatments on 2/27/25 and even though cancer is devistating to say the least, the personnel at the facility treat you like family. Everyone was always positive and upbeat and very professional and thorough. I feel like I made some new friends, which is unusual at any medical facility.

Good service providers however, they could work on being more compassionate, making the infusion unit more comfortable and home-like, a more pleasant experience. Some pictures on the walls by local artists and photographers, silk flowers in the windows, anything that softens up the hardness of the cubes you're sitting in and perhaps a beverage cart with snacks that rolls through the waiting area as well as the infusion unit.
For me personally, my chemo treatments were some of my most loneliest and depressing times that only added to other depressing times.
