Crater Road Veterinary Hospital
“I used to take both of my beloved pets, Friend and Bella, to see Dr. Phelps. Although they are no longer with me, I will never forget the love, patience, and exceptional care that Dr. Phelps and his staff showed them every time we visited. I especially appreciated Dr. Phelps’s straightforwardness. He was always honest and direct, but he delivered that honesty with compassion and genuine concern. That meant so much to me as a pet owner.
The office staff knew Friend and Bella by name and treated them like family. You could truly feel that they cared about them beyond simply being patients. Dr. Phelps and his entire staff hold a special place in my heart. I am forever grateful for the care, kindness, and love they showed Friend and Bella throughout their lives. 🐾❤”
