Came home at 4 pm with no heat & 17 degrees outside. Called Southwest Heating & Kevin showed up within 2 hours & fixed our heat pump issue. Much appreciated for the fast & reliable service.
Super nice professional service, reasonable prices. Came right out (I live in the boonies of Rose Hill Virginia) and only charged me $105 to charge my system with coolant and tighten a loose line that caused the leak.
A company in the HVAC business that isn't always trying to sell you a new heat pump unit. Works diligently to resolve the problem without having to resort to "You need a new system". After hours and weekends for those unexpected issues that occur. You may pay a lil extra, but when it's 100 degrees outside and your house isn't much cooler, an $85 charge is worth it, when they are able to resolve the problem quickly.
